    The Training and Placement Cell of the institute and the department jointly strive to achieve excellent placements of the students. The joint effort resulted in year-on-year high-quality placements. Along with other attributes of School of Management, placements with a good record is one of the reasons for the School of Management to attract bright participants.      The placement cells of the departments ensure the following:

    • Participants stay connected with the industries at various levels during their academic year. Internships have been an excellent source to stay connected with industries.

    • Institute and department perform stay connected with the corporate world through frequent visits that involve training and project guidance under Corporate Action Plan. The department also facilitates faculty development programs for other institutes. 

    • Frequent review placement policy on the number of opportunities, career options, etc..

    • Engage the alumni network and arrange guest lectures, seminars, training, and workshops for the participants.

    • Solicit feedback from prospective employers and initiate necessary corrective and preventive actions.

    • Enhance employability of the participants by organizing periodically revising the curriculum.
