As a procurement officer of CSMRS, the following additional duties were performed:  

  • Implementation of e- Procurement along with the purchase of Digital signatures.
  • Survey off cases for auction of obsolete items & vehicles were processed.
  • E-Tenders were published through CPP Portal for awarding work contract for Catering Services & House Keeping services in CSMRS Field Hostel, Supply of Stationery/Non-Stationery items, AMC of EPBAX System & Procurement Cases for new field & Lab. equipmentïs.
  • Quarterly/half yearly/yearly bills submitted towards AMC cases , work contract cases and purchase of new equipment�??s were processed & sent to accounts section for releasing the payment
  • New tender document was also prepared incorporating new guidelines of GFR-2017 for the purchase of new equipments.
  • Refund of existing & old pending EMD cases were also processed & sent to accounts section.
  • Works associated with digitization of old/New Procurement file and records
  • Implementation of GeM (Govt. e-marketing) at CSMRS for the purchase of various items.
