NITW UBA Cell

NIT Warangal joined UBA in 2018 as a participating Institute. It became the Regional Coordinating Institute (RCI) of East Telangana districts in 2019. The National Coordinating Institute (NCI), i.e., IIT Delhi, allocated the 10 districts (i.e., Warangal, Hanamakonda, Suryapeta, Khammam, Jangoan, Mulugu, Mahabubad, Komaram Bheem Asifabad, Jayashanker Bhupalapally and Bhadradri Kothagudem) to our Institute. Our Institute adopted a cluster of five villages (i.e., Kannur, Shambunipally, Marripallygudem, Vangapally and Kannaram) in the Warangal rural district. The Institute primarily focuses on renewable energy, water management, waste management, and agriculture. Our Institute plans to take another cluster of five villages in the Warangal rural district.

The following is the composition of the Institute level Unnat Bharat Abhiyan Cell for implementation of this program at NIT Warangal.
